These businesses have weak foundations and are likely to be part of the statistic of businesses that fail within the first 5 years.
We’re rewriting this story by helping to Launch & Build businesses that are Legally Protected…from DAY 1.
All I’ve ever wanted to do is show you how to do business the right way, so I got to work.
I registered my business with CAC, I trademarked my Brand Name and launched my online legal consultancy firm in September, 2020!

Lead Consultant
‘Bolaji
Bolaji is a business lawyer and lead consultant at Start-Up Legal Consulting. She studied law at the University of Lagos and went on to obtain her practicing license at the Nigerian Law school, Abuja. Now she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Law.
As a business enthusiast, she has ventured into so many businesses in the past, (product and service-based businesses) and Start-Up Legal Consulting is an expression of her passions for Business & the Law.
She is assisted by two (2) team members, a Legal Associate and a Marketing Strategist.
