Back in university, I tried my hand at almost every side hustle you can imagine. An ushering agency. Perfumes. Makeup. Even a fabric business with a friend.
That last one? It collapsed.
A classic co-founder fallout. We had no contract. No clarity. No legal structure. It stung, but it also taught me first-hand why startup founders cannot build on verbal promises and vibes alone…
After qualifying as a lawyer, I joined a corporate law firm. But the entrepreneurial bug never left.
During the pandemic, something shifted. Suddenly, everyone was launching one business or another And guess who they kept coming to for legal guidance?
